FULL PERSONALITY//
If Lawson is the school’s big brother than Archer is the school’s bad boy. Almost everyone knows him, and if not they know of his reputation. If they don’t then they likely haven’t been at the school long. Easily one of the loudest people on campus he is entirely too easy to pick out. He’s the next big thing in his mind, and everyone wants to be with him or be him, and who could blame them?
Archer knows he is a good looking man and is perfectly content to give the students something to look at. He’s cocky because of this and his ego is easily the biggest thing about him. He has no problem hitting on a girl he just met, and at parties he can likely be found with the night’s latest squeeze wrapped around him. He can be a real ladies man when he wants to be. That may be the only time he keeps his ego in check even a little bit. That being said he doesn’t go for just anyone, usually, he likes a bit of a challenge. The worst thing someone could do to deter him is to tell him no, especially if that someone happens to be hot.
The boy likes to tease the kids around him. He doesn’t consider it to be mercilessly, he gives them a break now and then, but he has a few select students that he loves to pick on relentlessly. When he finds out someone’s secrets they want to crawl into a hole immediately. Infuriately he is very good a reading people and getting information, so if someone knows your secret, so does he.

FULL HISTORY//
Archer lived a pretty normal life growing up. He was the child of David and Francine Archer, a wholly average, middle class family. Neither of these two had ever made headlines or even a mention in the newspaper, and probably won’t until their obituaries are posted. His life wasn’t exactly perfect, but it was comfortable. He had two younger siblings. Although he wasn’t the type of brother to hang around the constantly to be sure nothing happened to them he kept an eye on them. The three grew up together, they may not be the closest of siblings, but they weren’t always bickering either.
His school life has never been extraordinary, always manage to achieve passes though that came as a shock to some people. At his school back home he had been one of those guys everyone knows. He only ever got to attend elementary school at home because when he turned thirteen his powers kicked in.
To a boy of thirteen being able to change his appearance at will was one of the coolest things in the world. He constantly was changing to look like someone else just to see what trouble he could cause. Eventually people found out and he lost a lot of his friends. He lived in a very Anti-Mutant area and now he was in danger. Walking home from school he sometimes got beat up, but he never said anything; just did his best to hide his bruises and carry on. Eventually his parents found out what he was, but he was still their son regardless.
His parents knew it wasn’t safe there for him, and they found the perfect place for him; Talons. Soon enough they were packing him up and his father drove him to the airport. David said that if things ever became too hard there that he could always come home, they’d still be there. But Kenny knew what that would mean; his parents and siblings would be just as hated as he was. And so he told his father that he wouldn’t be coming back. He said some very unkind things, trying to make a clean break of it and then boarded the plane to Talons. He has no contact with his family, and hasn’t for six years now, although for the first year they sent him emails and letters almost every week. Eventually that stopped when he never replied to a single letter.

ROLEPLAY SAMPLE//
No one should be walking around the halls at night that was Hogwart’s strict policy. Most students (unless they were goody goodies) chose to see this rule as more of a guideline. Almost everyone snuck out at night at least once during their school career whether it was just to sneak down to the kitchen to grab something to help them fall asleep, or a midnight rendezvous between two students. Even Nathan Wood took the chance of being caught by a professor or a prefect and snuck out. Thankfully his seven years of experience meant that he knew where to find all the secret passages, even in the semi darkness that was draped over the hallways of the school at this time of night. The moon offered a little light which gently trickled through the windows of the ancient castle which helped him to see by. Because of this he had decided the risk of a candle was unnecessary.
As he walked along the deserted halls of the school his footsteps echoed back to him hollowly. The school always seemed so different when there weren’t any students bustling about. It wasn’t frightening, but it took on a completely different air. No matter how he might try, Nathan wouldn’t be able to describe the feeling the silent castle gave him. He knew better than to linger in any of the hallways for too long for fear of losing house points for Gryffindor so he hurried through the halls to his destination. Tonight he was just heading to the library for a little reading. He had been restless all day and couldn’t seem to switch his mind off so he could catch some sleep. A little reading was always the perfect remedy for this. It always had been. He couldn’t count the number of times when he was younger that his mother would come in and yell at him for having his lights on well passed his bedtime. Thankfully his mother wasn’t here to yell at him now. He may be an adult now, but his mother didn’t seem to know this.
Ahead he saw the door to the library and his footsteps hurried slightly. He was eager to get inside and be able to read in complete silence. Even during the day with the librarian prowling about the bookshelves and telling off students it never really was absolutely quiet. There were always hushed conversations and shuffling feet, the scratch of quills and the giggles of young ladies in the library with young men to keep his mind from truly focusing on the printed page. But at night, at night it was different. There was no sound except for his breathing and the occasional turning of a page. There was no substitute for it. He pushed open the door, which swung open easily without so much as a squeak. Thank Merlin for the top notch janitorial staff here at the school. Taking a quick look behind him to be sure that no teachers or prefects saw him enter he stepped through the doorway and softly eased the door close behind him with a small click.
Slowly he began to wander among the shelves, seeing all the familiar titles of books he had read before and the unfamiliar spines of those he had not. Some of the books were covered in a fine layer of dust while others had stains on their bindings from careless students who had read the information contained within them before. Seeing nothing that piqued his interest he continued to walk farther and farther into the library, his footsteps muffled by the volumes resting on the shelves. As he approached the back of the library he stopped in front of one of the shelves that contained books on the passed wizard wars, from the Goblins Rebellions to the Battle of Hogwarts. He pulled down a thick volume about the rise and eventual falloff Grindlewald and began to leaf through it half heartedly. As he saw another book higher up on the shelves he reached for it, still holding the book on Grindlewald in his left hand. Unfortunately he bumped the shelf and a book some careless student has shoved hastily into the shelf tumbled to the floor. He flinched at the sound and bent to pick it up. Just as he was straightening up he heard a voice from behind the bookcase. He would know that voice anywhere. He turned quickly and stepped out from behind the bookcase, “Anya?” he asked.
His suspicions were confirmed when he saw the young woman sitting at a desk, though at the moment he was more concerned with the wand held in her hand, “Hey, it’s just me, no need to hex me,” he said with a small smile creeping onto his lips at the sight of his sister, so ready to hex the pants off any unfortunate witch or wizard who caught her in here. He never had to worry about her, she had always been fully capable of looking after herself.
“What are you doing? Isn’t it a little late to be down here?” he asked her in a brotherly tone. Even though he didn’t have to worry about her didn’t mean he didn’t and if that worry extended to her sleep cycle, so be it. He walked over to the table she sat at so her candle could throw its light onto his face before he pulled out a chair around the corner of the table she sat at and lowered himself into it, placing the book about the famous dark wizard that was still in his hand upon the table top.
